A curated series of voids organizes the spatial sequence for a new 4 bedroom single family residence in Los Angeles. Situated on a typical infill parcel in the Melrose District, the structure utilizes a series of voids to create a variety of interior volumes that create privacy and culminate in two open air courtyards on the second floor.
