DNA Architecture + Design is a Los Angeles-based studio led by architect and educator Valery Augustin. We create transformative spaces and places for people to live, gather, and work.

Our work ranges from the domestic to the civic. We look closely at what already exists as a starting point for creating something unexpected and extraordinary. Buildings, landscapes, neighborhoods, and people help us identify possibilities that may not have been obvious at the outset.

We believe that design can be useful and beautiful without being ordinary. Our design process balances responsibility and rigor with optimism, creating buildings that never lose their capacity to surprise.
